Clutch Plate Manufacture and Tooling

Charles Cantrill Ltd has the tooling to apply cork segments to clutch plates whether the plate is from a classic car or a giant earth mover. The cork is applied to the shot blasted plate and then baked in our pre set temperature oven to reach its correct density. The plate is then allowed to cool naturally before being surface ground to the correct tolerance. (Please contact us if you require further information or are not sure of the correct tolerances.)
